Leaders’ behaviour has the biggest single direct impact on performance.

Employee effectiveness

The ability to work efficiently together; streamlined decision-making processes and ability to deliver efficiently against targets.

Culture

The way we behave when the leaders are not there. Not even a great culture can save a company from a flawed strategy, but an unmanaged culture will impede even the best-intentioned strategy or change effort. Changing work culture is very difficult.  However, it is possible, and in the long-run it has to be done.
